I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in for a light blonde color and left with bright orange hair. The first time, Yeddie left uneven, uncolored patches throughout my hair, which was completely unprofessional. She apologized and accepted responsibility for the poor job, so I gave her the chance to fix it. Unfortunately, when I went back, it still looked bad--just not fixed at all.
