A company of man and daughter who have no integrity. Word of advice to all just steer clear of this rental/property management company. Do not waste your $40 application fee($80 if married) here with this company. I’m convinced it’s a scam to collect application fees. One day you’ll be told you’re approved with certain conditions 24 hrs later you’ll be told “the owners don’t want this or that.” Please don’t waste your time or money.
I have called so many times receptionist is so quick to hang up. Always told the realtor is going to get back to me and never does. Horrible staff and not professional. Guess I’ll take my money somewhere else.
