Dr. Yeates is the most knowledgeable, professional and patient friendly doctor I have ever visited. He is thorough and listens well to any concerns or questions the patient expresses.
Doctor Yeates was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient from, listened well and answered all questions respectfully.
He is very calm and gives is full attention to the patient. Great listening skills. You never feel rushed and able to gets your questions answered. I know several people who are his patients and they say the same thing about him. Never rushed.
Dr Yeates is a wonderful doctor. When I started going to him, I told him about issues I had been having for years that the military doctors just ignored. He pursued the issues and found the problem. After a stent getting put into my subclavical artery the issues were resolved. He listened and got to the bottom of the problem. He still listens after all of these years. I would highly recommend him
Dr. Yeates is a very good listener who takes as long as it takes to answer your questions concerning your health issues. I’ve never felt rushed while in his office. He stays very up to date on the latest health issues and treatments. I would highly recommend Dr. Yeates, you won’t be disappointed.

Never got the opportunity to get an appointment as a new patient because the person who answered the phone named Megan, was extremely rude, asked what medications my husband was taking, wanted to know why we were looking for a new dr, sounded VERY judgemental, then said they don’t take HMOs or Medicaid even after I verified with Humana that they do. She told me she won’t go through the 30 minute process unless I call my insurance again to confirm.
