This lady needs to Lose her license!! I am making a complaint to the AMA. She wants to pull all my 18 month old grandsons top teeth!! He has been on medication since he was 7 days old that is causing the problem with his teeth. She made my daughter in law feel that is it because of breast feeding. This dentist is Unreal and just needs to GO AWAY!!
Completely bad experience she was very mean and bad today with my son he is terrified about dentist because her way to treat him. Today was my last visit in this ridiculous office. I hear a kid screaming and I was not having any idea that was my son till him come out. My son is only 6 years old and she was mean and very bad person with him. I told her if my son was screaming why you don’t call me back or stop and she said that she can’t controlled. She don’t even give me my son teeth’s. It’s a completely ridiculous office.
My 3 year old is absolutely terrified of the dentist now because of how rude she is too him. Not too mention a 50 minute wait period to go back just to be seen. If I could give no stars I would.
The wait time is RIDICULOUS! Not being seen until at least 30 minutes after your scheduled time seems to be the norm. Also when you're called to the back to review what was done with your child the waiting comes again, I would hope they would only call parents back once they were ready to discuss procedures. Extremely frustrating especially when you have a younger child with you.
