I got a message from the host a couple days before our trip, saying that the shower didn’t work, they offered us a partial refund to continue our trip or possibly to cancel. We chose to continue with our trip with the partial refund and host said that was fine. Nothing else was communicated on this matter before we began our trip. After our trip I asked about the refund and they said that the shower had been fixed and they therefor wouldn’t be honouring our agreement before hand. We spent two and a half weeks on the road with Shoe and she was absolutely fantastic! The interior was equipped with everything we needed and lovingly designed so that we really felt comfortable and at home. We made quite some miles as we explored Vancouver Island and the Canadian Rockies, but the van ran reliably at all times. Contact to Dean was easy and friendly. Thanks!
We rented the van to travel around Vancouver island and main land to Jasper/Banff. In every condition, the van performed:) Soon after the start, we felt really at home as the van is built in a very lovely and practical way. The wood interior is very nice, there is a shower with hot water, a gas stove, kitchen and cooking cutlery, a bed that can be extended for tall people (I am 188cm), enough storage for cloth and food, a fridge, a ventilator, a heater, just to mention a few things. I’ve rented the van several times and always loved it! Would HIGHLY recommend. Very well equipped and the shower is so luxurious. Such a great getaway! Plus my pup loves the van ❤️.
