My family has just moved in W Brookfield. I had called the owner and asked her about her hours since I had trouble finding them. We decided to try it! I would give more than five stars if I could! I was looking for a good meeting place closeish to 90 to meet my friend for dinner, who was heading back to NY. I drove up from RI and we met at the tavern, where we had the pleasure of meeting Naomi. She managed the food orders for the whole bar and the couple of tables in the dining room, without missing a beat. She was fast, friendly and extremely attentive. My receipt says 1760 on it. I think it is probably an old place. However I am too lazy to do the research. I will tell you that the Pool table is good and flat. Went to Paint nite with artist April and such fun. Servers were fantastic. Potato skins were more like potato halves, roasted to perfection. Will go again.
Good food, good service and beer from a brewery I never tried before.
