Was in about a month ago and wasn't the happiest iv been with a haircut but its hair, it comes back. I went in this last week and was asked about it and I explained to them how I felt. Not expecting anything, just had a bad cut from one of the barbers. But the business made it right. I had had every intention to pay for this haircut. This is where I get my haircuts and will continue to tell others this is the place to go. A business that stands by their service.
These guys are amazing! Really good guys and pros at that. Any of them, seriously! ….and barbershop pricing! ….so I tip the hell out of them.
I asked for a high fade and got an uneven line with really no fade. The lady rushed through my haircut. I expressed concern about not being faded. Unfortunately this will be the last time I return.
Great customer service, music, pricing, and layout. Brought our 1yr old here for a haircut and the barber did phenomenal!
