Very disappointing experience at YD. I returned items in perfect resalable condition with tags and invoice, but the staff member made rude and racist remarks He also made personal comments towards my partner. which was humiliating, especially in front of other customers. Completely unacceptable behaviour and very poor customer service.

They was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. really took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave great advice that helped me choose suits that fit perfectly and looked great.
