this sales rep saw me walk in with some YD suits and told me to refund it at the store I bought it from... which was far away. He didnt even try to process it and already told me to leave. The refund policy says 365 days at ANY store INCLUDING sale items from what I gather. Thankfully called the manager and HR and they were able to make it happen

Very disappointing experience at YD. I returned items in perfect resalable condition with tags and invoice, but the staff member made rude and racist remarks He also made personal comments towards my partner. which was humiliating, especially in front of other customers. Completely unacceptable behaviour and very poor customer service.
Nell & Elijah provided outstanding customer service and support while helping me decide on my suits. They was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. really took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave great advice that helped me choose suits that fit perfectly and looked great.
