I never usually leave reviews, but Armani at YD absolutely deserves one. The store was incredibly busy, yet he somehow managed to greet every customer, remember where people were up to while helping multiple customers at once, and still made everyone feel genuinely looked after. He wasn't just selling clothes, he was giving honest styling advice, remembering sizes and preferences without having to ask again, and checking in without ever being pushy. The most awkward and disappointing experience. Normally I will always venture to YD when I walk through Garden City, but after today I don’t know if I return. Trying on suits, which obviously requires assistance with sizes and styles etc. Got set up in a change room, and told she’ll hang around for any assistance with adjustments and different sizing etc. However, a minute or so after this, the girl and guy and working there began arguing, and this lasted about 15/20 minutes.
