Nathan here is an absolute legend. So helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me in purchasing a suit and altering it to perfection. He wears the suits from there as well which helps to see what they actually look like on someone and the best way to style them.
My family are loyal YD customers, it has always had great customer service. However recently, an employee at the Westpoint Blacktown store completely changed that experience. My brother purchased a suit that was advertised at around $700, but at checkout we were suddenly charged $1,000, with $300 added for alterations that were never clearly explained or agreed to.
