RecommendedI needed a battery for my watch, I stopped into Ybarra’s because I pass I often. Alfonso greeted me right away replaced my battery within 10 minutes I was out the door! Would highly recommend!! Great customer service!!
Took my new watch in to get a link removed & the girl there used a small ALL METAL hammer to set the pin & scratched my new watch. You would think a jewelry place would take some kind of care with your stuff but that is far from the fact here. Very unhappy
Everyone is always respectful and friendly. They do great quality work. I always take my jewelry to Sam.

Me & my Family have known and been dealing with them for years now because THEY DO KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE FAMILY, unlike other jewlery stores who are only looking for their own benifit making a quick dollar without even asking what your name is. But not at Ybarras Jewlery, here you are part of the family therefor being treated as such.
