Well let me say this I've been getting my hair braided at shops for years and the experience I received here was the worst. I showed pictures of a style I wanted to Yaya and her assistant in the shop 5x.My hair was nothing like the picture. I ended up going back the next morning because it was messy and very heavy. After their mistake she wanted to charge again for taking it down and more hair when she used the same hair she took out. We argued and she mumbled something in her language under her breath. I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews. I need to get my hair braided and the only person I could think to trust with my hair is YaYa. She’s been braiding my hair and my family’s hair for years now. She’s always done a great job! Love her work. Love her spirit. Her mom is so sweet and is so helpful. I would recommend YaYa to everyone.
