I had a good experience all round. I've been made very comfortable.
I see Providence for numerous services, and always receive great care. The staff is friendly and professional, and the doctors are very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the last couple of times that I needed to have paperwork routed, there was a delay, which caused delays to my care.

Had been receiving epidural injections for chronic back pain for many years with positive results from another doctor who unfortunately for me moved out of state. Was referred to doctor Yavari Rad by my primary care physician. He performed an epidural injection and during the procedure I experienced a terrible pain in my right buttock.
