HONEST REVIEW: do not go here!! Worst braiding experience ever. Wasted $360 for them to play in my kids head. Uneven, different sizes, sloppy work, they are rude and lie to get clients. Horrible job gir box braids done on Christmas Eve by January 4 had braids falling out. Reached out to owner and asked her if I could get my hair fixed never responded. When I asked for a refund/partial refund replied saying no. Would not recommend no way my hair should. No way! My hair should come Down in 2weeks and I paid 230$
Second time going to them, staff friendly but my back braids are always shorter than my front braids, my back braids are always smaller than my front braids, just got box braids Sunday an the hair they had me use is already unraveling I feel like I wasted 200 an it’s not the size or length I wanted.. you won’t get a refund an they charge u to fix their mistakes.. gonna look for another shop besides this one
The service was fast and the ladies were nice. I didn't get quite what I wanted bc of the language barrier. I got small braids and wanted medium. The braid gel that they use left white residue in my hair and it looks awful. They use too much product for knotless braids so now my scalp is white as snow.
