We had such a great experience building our new home with YATTA. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and we always felt looked after. Justin Smith was awesome to deal with — super helpful, easy to talk to, and always kept us in the loop. The build quality is excellent and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend YATTA Homes and Justin to anyone thinking about building
We have finally moved on after the heart ache and financial loss from dealing with Yatta Homes. Now we have a lovely new home that we are completely happy with. Anyway, since now we have time, this is our review about them: We WILL NEVER recommend Yatta Homes to anybody after the disgraceful experience we had with them. They promised so much to us both in writing and verbally, however once we paid our deposit to them everything changed including price, extras and so on. To be honest, I was not in the market to buy, let alone build a home. 1 evening Doom scrolling I came across Yatta homes on my feed. Intrigued, I put my details in. 13 months later, my homes slab poured and curing as I write this review. Wow, great journey with Yatta homes , awesome supportive staff. Dont be scared Australia, Yatta homes are the real deal.
After doing a little research to find out more about Yatta Homes, I was excited to take the first step towards building a home with them. I met with Olivia and she was very knowledgeable in her field and provided me with all the information I needed to get started on my journey.
