Really Refreshing To Deal With Someone Honest! Had a really good experience with James from Yatta. He explained the build process in a way that actually made sense - What's included, what's not, and what things actually cost. He also helped me work out what land price I should be looking at so i could stay on budget once prestart and upgrades come into play. BUYERS BEWARE! STEER CLEAR! 1. They advertised their build as turnkey, and there were items that their sales rep verbally confirmed to be included but not stated in the specs (blinds, skirting, solar). These led me to take a leap of faith thinking all typical turnkey inclusions were already in the provided quote, just to find that there was a misalignment after signing off. SO FAR . . . SO BLOODY GOOD! The team at Yatta have exceeded all expectations so far on my journey with them. Working to an incredibly tight schedule to get contracts , working drawings and specifications together they have outdone themselves (other builders I would have been waiting a minimum of 3 months) Positive communication!
