Very disappointed with the communication. The salesperson was quick to respond before I signed on, but once I became a client, messages started being ignored. I have been waiting over a week for a response to my last message, and this is a repeated issue. I am still in the sales stage, which makes this even more concerning. If communication is already this poor before construction begins, it does not inspire confidence. I expected a much higher level of professionalism.
