I was hired to be an MEP Coordinator on the Pearl project AKA Amazon in Alcoa Tn. The building is 647,000 sq feet in size and 100 ft tall from the ground to the roof, They refused to install a outside manlift elevator on the project , this is a dangerous safety violation and is against OSHA rules and regulations. The only access to the floors from the ground is stairs, leaving no way for workers to get equipment and materials, and tools up to as high as the roof.
