I really enjoy going into Yates. The staff is always warm and welcoming and greets us with a smile. They are knowledgeable, inform us fully and try to accommodate all our needs as best as possible, all while NOT being pushy and putting on pressure while shopping and browsing around. I am very satiafied with our purchase!! I would definitely come back and would recommend them to friends and family. ð
