Worst car wash ever! I paid for the ultimate wash and they gave me back a car that was still dirty then proceeded to say that it would cost $105 to get the windshield spotless. Horrible customer service and worst car wash - don't go!
DO NOT GO! I hated this place. No wonder there were no other customers when I was there. I picked one of the most expensive options which included clean rims. I got the car back and the rims were still disgusting. I asked them to clean it better and they refused. They are lazy and unproductive workers who do not deserve any money for washing cars. The inside of the car was still full of dog hair. EVERYTHING IS AS BEFORE!
I brought my truck to Yates Car Wash June 13, 2015. At that time, I decided on the Ultimate Detail for $260. The truck bed was empty and has a Rhino Liner. The truck did have oxidized paint that need to be buffed out and the Detail Manager quoted an extra $200 for compounding for a total of $460. Too slow on the dryers need some hustle folks. Looks like I'm out tofind a better place and or do myself.......
They were polite, efficient and my was very clean when they were done. I highly recommend this place.
Did a great job on my Benz. Staff is friendly. Will return.
