Always have had a wonderful experience at Yates. They do an excellent job at cleaning the crevices of my car.
I typically come to this establishment and have a great experience -- but RECENTLY -- it has been piss poor. The car wash is very busy today and because of that -- they are doing a rush job on everything. When I bought it to the manager's attention -- she made an excuse by saying "Well you only paid for The Ultimate." I mentioned how I come here all the time and never have bad service and she waved me off by saying "Goodbye." I don't care whether there is 1 car or 1000 cars -- perform the job in which I paid for. So disappointed in this local business right now. My new Car was badly scratched on Saturday. I’m reasonable and things happen. I had no concern that they wouldn’t do the right thing. The young man on duty was apologetic, respectful and confident that this would be handled with as little hassle to me as possible.
