It was really cool visiting the shop and seeing the studio. The consultation was extremely professional but also felt really personal. They were extremely accommodating with my tight timeline. I also had a minor issue with my ring (it was my fault lol) but they were very responsive and it was fixed within a day! Definitely recommend!

My partner and I purchased an incredible natural diamond engagement ring from Yasuko last spring and I still can’t get over how beautiful it is. We originally worked over the phone with her husband (I believe it was) and he was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful.
