I’m really disappointed. I specifically requested a follow-up with Dr. Yasmine Elamir, yet I was booked with Dr. William Grist after clearly telling the receptionist otherwise. He barely reviewed my results, asked no questions, and seemed completely uninterested. As someone dealing with ongoing health issues, I was hopeful after reading such strong reviews about Dr. Elamir. Instead, it just felt like another doctor who doesn’t actually care.

Extremely disappointing experience. This office has been consistently frustrating to deal with. Refilling prescriptions is always a struggle — staff rarely follow through, and I’ve had to call multiple times just to get something as simple as a renewal processed. Appointments never start on time, no matter how early you arrive. There’s also constant staff turnover; every visit brings new faces who are clearly untrained and unsure of what they’re doing. Words are not enough for the staff. Assistant doctor was amazing. She was super kind and helpful. The guy at the front desk is also super kind and helpful. Thank you very much for delivering such a perfect service. Really appreciate it.
