All the staff, especially Diana & Dr Al-Azzawi treat their patients with excellent care, respect, & compassion. I would recommend this office & Physician to anyone. My husband had a colonoscopy & endoscopy last week & he raves about Dr Al-Azzawi. Diana spent so much time getting him in before his insurance cancelled. She went above & beyond & got her managers approval to make it happen within a week-incredible patient service & care & understanding . Dr Al-Azzawi has a great bedside manner and puts you at ease. I felt he was very respectful and caring. After my procedure, he called to make sure I had my results and put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend.
Not goodDr. Al-Azzawi is very nice but doesn’t explain much of anything. Doesn’t seem interested in my diagnosis for fatty liver nor the CT scans diagnosing Diverticulosis. I complained about a large asymmetrical right side abdominal protrusion with numbness and he barely examined it nor cared to investigate. He said; “what do you want me to do?”… I asked to be examined, palpated. My primary did more during a visit…. I waited 2 very uncomfortable weeks for this wasted visit/ $90 copay.
