I moved down here about a year ago from Atlanta and have tried multiple places for my eyebrows and have not met my new girl. After multiple heart break attempts I went here and seen Joy and she got them perfect!!! I am so glad to have finally found someone who can do eyebrows the way I liked!! Thank you Joy!!
