Yasamin did an exceptional job with us first time homebuyers. We interviewed several buyer’s agents and she stood out from the rest. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Vancouver and Clark County and guided us through buying a home with grace and patience. We were very excited to look at homes and she matched our enthusiasm and we closed on a home within a month of our search. Yas went above and beyond my expectations in helping me to both prep and sell my home. I live out of state; so she was instrumental in recommending and coordinating the contractors I needed to complete various work needed. My son was supposed to do the last minute haul away and dump run. He unexpectedly had a back injury and surgery and was unable to finish. Guess who stepped up and said...no worries, I got this!
