Great location, but rotted balconies, a hole in my bedroom floor from water damage, rotten exterior railings throughout property, rotted exterior siding and trim, untrimmed bushes that grow up and onto upkeep carport roofs, faded parking numbers which allow guests to take your spot, yarwaste that’s not been picked up in 5 weeks, unfinished railing repair now going on 13 months and now showing water damage, and a rotted out fron sign held up with bungee cords make this a hard place to recommend.
