Awful. I saw Dr. Yarrow for years, but recently he missed a serious condition requiring surgery and treated me very badly. His current office staff is rude, disorganized and lost critical records from my childhood eye surgeries. His patients must schedule appointments one to two YEARS in advance, and even then his staff didn't honor an appointment I made two years before. Dr. Yarrow said my eyes were fine when I actually need a serious surgery after I insisted he send me for an expert opinion.
I've been going to Dr. Yarrow for several years and he has always been very kind and caring. I also like that he listens and has a great disposition.
