Exceptional service from start to finish. From the guys answering my calls in the office over the Christmas Crazy Break to Tom who came out and found my septic system, dug up the lid, then went above and beyond to make sure the system was emptied, cleaned and functioning correctly. Yarra Valley Septics exceeded my hopes, emptied an overstuffed and blocked tank that I thought would be a problem, AND did it in about half an hour when I had expected five hours, AND fixed a blocked toilet pipe for free, and then stayed to ensure the pipe was truly clear not just slightly. Super hygienic, washed everything up and tidied so you'd never know they'd been here. Grateful for the help and delighted with the quality and speed. Brenton arrived. Very difficult access to driveway. No complaints just cheerfully and professionally moved the truck into position.
