Brian from Yarra Valley Seprics came out today to fix a blockage we had in the pipes leading to our tanks. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what could be the cause and helped us to have a better understanding of how our septic rank works and how to avoid these problems in the future. He cleared out the blockage and emptied our tank very efficiently and ensured that our yard around the tank was left tidy. Thank you Yarra Valley Septics on the excellent job done!
Exceptional service from start to finish. From the guys answering my calls in the office over the Christmas Crazy Break to Tom who came out and found my septic system, dug up the lid, then went above and beyond to make sure the system was emptied, cleaned and functioning correctly. Brenton was outstanding. He discovered an extra grease trap that I didn't know existed. His service was so thorough and really friendly. Booking was a breeze with the office. Highly recommend.
