Brian from Yarra Valley Seprics came out today to fix a blockage we had in the pipes leading to our tanks. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what could be the cause and helped us to have a better understanding of how our septic rank works and how to avoid these problems in the future. He cleared out the blockage and emptied our tank very efficiently and ensured that our yard around the tank was left tidy. Thank you Yarra Valley Septics on the excellent job done!

I’m SO glad I decided to engage with Yarra Valley Septics! From initial contact through to meeting my technician, Tom, everyone has been nothing short of outstanding. My own plumber struggled to find the septic tank, but Tom not only located it quickly, he also kept me informed every step of the way regarding the process & discussed different strategies if there were any major issues - thankfully, there were none. If I need any help with my septic tank/system moving forward, these are the only people I’ll call. Thanks again ... read more

Fantastic service for my old septic. It put up quite a challenge but Brenton was excellent. He really worked hard to fix it up and gave me tips on how to maintain it to make future clean outs easier and cheaper. Highly recommend.

Brenton was a legend, we bought a house and had no idea about our septic system. He was quick to locate the septic and the lid and got to work. He helped us understand how to maintain it and what to look out for to ensure its in good health. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! Thanks again mate 👍

I recently moved into a new house and realised the septic tank hadn’t been pumped out for around 5 years. It was my first time dealing with a septic system. Alex was incredibly helpful — he explained everything clearly and helped me locate the septic access lid. The technician arrived on time and did an amazing job. He was very patient and clearly experienced. The whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend! A+ service!
