Brenton was a legend, we bought a house and had no idea about our septic system. He was quick to locate the septic and the lid and got to work. Brian from Yarra Valley Seprics came out today to fix a blockage we had in the pipes leading to our tanks. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what could be the cause and helped us to have a better understanding of how our septic rank works and how to avoid these problems in the future. He cleared out the blockage and emptied our tank very efficiently and ensured that our yard around the tank was left tidy. Thank you Yarra Valley Septics on the excellent job done!

Previously had issues with locating the septic tank to get it emptied, so when it filled up I was concerned. But Yarra Valley Septics had a package for locating and emptying a septic tank and it went flawlessly. Also got pictures of the tank's location in the report so there won't be any further issues on that end, all in all excellent work.

I’m SO glad I decided to engage with Yarra Valley Septics! From initial contact through to meeting my technician, Tom, everyone has been nothing short of outstanding. My own plumber struggled to find the septic tank, but Tom not only located it quickly, he also kept me informed every step of the way regarding the process & discussed different strategies if there were any major issues - thankfully, there were none. Exceptional service from start to finish. From the guys answering my calls in the office over the Christmas Crazy Break to Tom who came out and found my septic system, dug up the lid, then went above and beyond to make sure the system was emptied, cleaned and functioning correctly.
