Bob and his team are absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain the issues and provides options for the solutions they recommend. From service to full replacement there isn't anyone else to call!! We have had our older equipment serviced by Yarnell and went with Bob and his team when it was time for a full replacement. Bob and his son did a great job on installing a new HVAC system in my house. They were professional, had great pricing, and did a great job overall. I had a friend send me Bob's number after I told him I received 5 different quotes from other well-known companies that were outrageous prices. The quote Bob gave me was the best price I received for the quality of equipment by FAR out of 6 other companies I received quotes from.
Bob does great work at a great price, don’t get ripped off by a bigger company. Call him he can fix anything, you will be happy you did.
Bob is a trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable guy. I called several big name companies and some local companies as well, sadly I was being price gouged left and right…at least that’s my perception. One company quoted me $22,000 for a 1500 sqft space…are you serious?! Back to my point, I had no heat for 5 consecutive days before I decided to call Bob. He is not a greedy shark by any means. CHRISTMAS EVE and having heating problems. I called and left a message. Within 15 minutes I got a call back. Said he had 2 jobs to do and would get to me. Within 2 hours he was at our house and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Even on Christmas Eve he didn’t try to take advantage of someone in need of help. There are not too many of them like he is. Came and fixed and left and was cheaper than the emergency call bill would have been at another company just to get them to the house. He has gained another customer.
