0 Star : My Experience My single biggest issue is the lack of communication. The online system that predicts a completion date doesn't work (and everyone at the shop said it doesn't, so this shouldn't be a surprise). Frankly, getting a response from anyone there is frustratingly difficult. Out of 10 calls, maybe 1 will be answered. Any voicemails left are never answered. And I mean NEVER. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend Didn’t have done right the first time, but inside I was appreciative of things being cleaned 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Pretty good experience overall just had to leave my car for a missed paint chip that was clearly in the impact area and paint mismatch that they pushed off as being the difference in plastic- metal appearance but it was much closer before accident.
