0 Star : My Experience My single biggest issue is the lack of communication. The online system that predicts a completion date doesn't work (and everyone at the shop said it doesn't, so this shouldn't be a surprise). Frankly, getting a response from anyone there is frustratingly difficult. Out of 10 calls, maybe 1 will be answered. Any voicemails left are never answered. And I mean NEVER.
