I bought a vehicle from an agent in Sept., Da'mon. He PROMISED to include tinted windows on my driver's and passenger side front windows to match the rest of the vehicle. Not only did I clarify this with Da'mon numerous times, but he even stated the exact same promise in front of my mother and husband. Great service. The service dept was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and my car is running great now. I really like the video that was sent to explain what was going on - it’s a great way to communicate with customers efficiently. You’ve got a great team there.
I left a message on sunday night. I got poor response all week unless I called, and it was just delay after delay. Finally I took off work early on friday to drive in and see them in person to get some answers and was informed right before I left home that someone else put down a deposit that morning.
