Outstanding overall experience
We weren't notified that the car was done, we had to show up and hope it was done. After checking the lug nuts, 4 of the 24 were very very loose, I got about 1.5 full turns on the lug nuts. Of the remaining 20 only about 5 of them were torqued properly. The rest were 15-30 ft. Lbs under torqued.... good thing I checked them. Not great service! I scheduled a service appointment online and even received a reminder email the day before, so I expected everything to be set when I arrived. Unfortunately, the service advisor told me she couldn't find my appointment and explained that they've been having issues with their online scheduling system. I understand that technical glitches happen, but what disappointed me most was the service I received. I took my wife's car in for a routine oil change. I had them check a slow tire leak as well. Our service advisor JP was very helpful and made check in easy. He's very personable and made sure we were up to date on maintenance. Everything was explained and a video was sent while the car was up on the rack showing the condition of brakes, rotors, etc. The work was done in about an hour.
