My review for November 2025 for Yardley gardnes I am a new arrival, there's been some management shuffle however the new manager is adorable. Very responsive to all my concerns. It is an older complex, very rustic however, it also has definitely acquired a certain charm. The gardens have an Unbelievable quiet and calmness. My elderly mother loves it here! As do I. The rent is phenomenal compared to the bay area. At your service, Ernie.
I love living here, the staff have been so helpful in assisting with maintenance and general questions, definitely would recommend people to live here
I’ve lived at Yardly Gardens for almost two years and I really like it here. My backyard is my little area and it’s always peaceful. The flowers and landscaping they do throughout the complex are really beautiful and make the place look nice. It’s been a good place to live
We have lived here for many years. Nice quiet place and friendly neighbors. Close to schools and shopping areas.
Love it here at Yardley Gardens! The office staff is friendly, helpful, and really makes you feel welcomed. My apartment is spacious with a good layout, plenty of storage, and updated features. Parking is easy, and the grounds are well taken care of. I also appreciate how close it is to stores, restaurants, and everything I need.The community is quiet, clean, and feels safe. So excited to live here!!
