Love my experience with this company. Great Year round service with Mr. Mike and Team.
They showed up, mowed the lawn quickly, and left clippings all over the driveway, sidewalk, and flower beds. Didn’t edge, didn’t blow off the debris, and actually ran over some of our plants. For what we paid, I expected a clean finish, not a bigger cleanup job for me.
Scheduled Yardigans AK for weekly lawn care and they skipped our service twice without notice. When I called to ask what happened, I waited days for a callback. No explanation, no make-up service, just excuses. If you can’t stick to a schedule, don’t offer weekly plans.
I was gone most of the winter and there was so much snow in my driveway, I wouldn't be able to get into my house. the first company Ak plowing said they couldn't do it with their truck/plow and I would probably need an excavator to do it. Called Yardigans and he came out and looked at it and said he could do it.They were very nice and did a great job. Much appreciated!
If this company’s snow‑plow drivers skills were any worse, they’d be actively trying to speedrun “Most Useless Service Provider in Alaska.” Whoever they’re sending out there clearly learned to plow by watching a YouTube video once, in 144p, with the sound off. Instead of moving snow, they’ve mastered the rare art of redistributing destruction by scraping up yards, chewing through grass, and leaving the neighborhood looking like a yeti breakdanced across it.
