So went here yesterday and this was our second time, unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. Don't get me wrong my food came out ok (Kale Cesar) but my husband's didnt. He ordered the chicken tenders and sadly they weren't cooked all the way (not fond of salmonella) I'm not one for returning food but this was gross, felt bad for our server because we weren't the only ones, the table behind us also had to return their burger. (v) MENU FRAUD We were told by multiple staff that there is only one fryer in which are cooked all the fried food: french fries, calimari, chicken wings, duck wings, nuggets, fish. That mean that the french fries are NOT vegetarian and should be labeled correctly on the menu. Also you will have no warning that the seemingly innocuous lettuce wrap with crimini and shitaki mushrooms is also NOT a vegetarian dish because the 'shrooms are served in a deep-fried pastry bowl.
So the Yard House has an interesting definition of vegetarian. They make a point of labeling their TRUFFLE FRIES and other dishes as being vegetarian but to our server's credit, he told us that all fried foods are fried in the same fryers. So chicken fat and juices mix with the oil that the "vegetarian" fries are cooked in. Went with Max and had a wonderful late lunch. The Grilled Korean Beef Short Rib Street Tacos were so delicious that we ordered more. Their Weekend Lineup menu selection has something for every taste. Tried their version of steak & eggs: skirt steak cooked to order and cheesy eggs with a sweet potato, corn and green onion griddle are underneath, and all served in a cast-iron skillet. Perfect boneless buffalo wings. Our server, Scott, had a great attitude and was personable and prompt with service. Definitely going back!
They removed my favorite chicken sandwich from the menu and now the roasted artichoke!!!!!!!!! Why????? We are so disappointed!!!
Really good food and nice waitresses. Overpriced and small portions though.
