I normally give it 5 stars. We go all the time and it is one of our favorites. I took my daughter and her friends there yesterday for her bday, and the service was awful. The waitress seemed to be in a bad mood. She never checked on us. Our drinks were empty and the dirty plates were not cleared. When she brought the cream treat for my daughter, it was very anticlimactic. Not the usual experience for Yard House.

We have been coming here for years. Love this place.
It was really bad the server hardly came to the table we got are appetizer with are main course no refills on drinks and i had to ask 3 times for a high chair for my child this place use to be really good but seems the service has gone to crap
