I went yesterday with a group of ladies before a movie. It took longer than usual to see our server at all and then it was long waits between each of her visits, had to ask for refills - sometimes more than once, half our food arrived barely warm, no check back to see how things were tasting, and then it took over 25 mins to try and pay my bill. We were there at the Rancho Cucamonga location, and both the burgers we got were fantastic. Flavorful, Smokey, original ingredients, and cooked perfectly. The server we had was also very good and attentive.

Excelente sitio
After waiting for 45 minutes to be seated we were seated next to a filthy trashcan. The music was so loud we were yelling at each other. The food was just OK but the servers were very nice.
Full plate of nachos. Got full and couldnt even finish it .
