The host was very pleasant but the food was cold, I think it takes an effort to serve cold French onion soup. Had our lunch with nothing to drink had to chase another waiter for water. The check came before the dessert came in. When I complained to the manager he said he would tell the cook.

Food was great, but the waiter was not very good. They were not packed at all, yet we never got water or napkins, and we had to repeatedly ask for cutlery to eat with. He would take half our groups orders, and abandon the rest us. Took a very long time in general. At the end of the night, he surprised us with a small desert in light of our celebration, which was a kind gesture, but then he constantly repeated that it was coming out of his check and that it was all him. Good food, good atmosphere, excellent spot for family gathering. Some of the orders took longer than expected� We all left feeling thirsty because they didn't pay attention to the water. Service could be improved.

Service: Excellent. Food: Outstanding. Beer Selection: Off the charts. Wait Times and Bar Space: Inadaquate. Visit during off peak hours for the maximum enjoyment. Great America brew pub though.
