Founder, Steele Platt, along with Harald Herrmann and Carlito Jocson, were looking to design a restaurant around an exquisite beer list and delicious American cuisine. Our waitress Brenna O was the best waitress we have ever had at a restaurant. She knew exactly what to recommend to us based on our beer taste and she even picked out 2 of my flight beers which she was spot on about! She was the perfect combination of distant but there when we needed her! The always ready check was fantastic because we could go ahead and give her our money with out having to wait for her to grab the check (can this be everywhere?). Great food, atmosphere and location. Definitely items are more on the pricey side but I'm sure that's typical.
