We were waiting for our food for more than an hour. It turned out that our waiter didn't enter our food in the system. The waiter was apologetic when he realized the mistake and got our food out as soon as he can. However, he didn't offer any comp for our drinks or meal or any gesture "hey sorry for your troubles". I talked to the manager before leaving giving my feedback, the manager seemed not to care what I had to say. So disappointed!
