Only been there once and food was ok but I will not go back because of their ridiculous reservation policy. Tried to make a reservation for 8 people on a Friday night. Was told they only take reservations Mon-thurs. But they do take call a heads for parties of 6 or less only. When I asked if she was saying my party of 8 could not come there for dinner on a Fri night, I was told... Well you can come in and get on a waiting list ...???! WHAT??? Just another overpriced chain. Nothing special. Food is bland and luke warm at best. Worst sweet tea ever!
We ate at the Greenville, SC restaurant. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Malcolm our waiter was awesome. He has a great sense of humor and made us feel like friends rather than customers. We had an 1.5 hour wait which ended up being well worth it and after the great food, drink, and service we realized why so many people like to dine there.
Great beer selection an good appetizers but our 3 burgers were all burnt on the outsides an that's all you could taste the centers were cooked good just couldn't get past the burnt flavor !!!
