This is my 2-Star review on Google Maps and anywhere else that I can review and warn customers to be careful eating anything off of their grill at the Yard House in the Legends Outlets of Kansas City, Kansas. I will explain why only the two stars. Management everywhere seems to not want to "make it right" with their customers anymore and this restaurant is not an exception. Not too thrilled that apparently the ziosk (I think that it what it was called) at the table that kids can play games on will allow kids to rack up charges without parental permission - surprise on the check when it comes! It was only a couple dollars but still kids shouldn't be able to do anything that incurs a charge without parental consent first.
We loved this place! Their spring rolls are incredible!
Withen an hour of my meal last night I became so ill that I eventually found myself in hands of a doctor. I am making no statement that Yard House was responsible just stating the facts. I had the steak with broccoli and spinach/corn mashed potatoes.
Worst service ever, waited over 30 minutes for our food, seated outside, started lightening, thunder and rain. Manger said we don't have any other seating and walked away! Really!!! You sat us at metal tables, your staff is pulling down all umbrella's and to hell with the customer, never again.
Their tacos were awesome an the service was the best
I was in a prom group party! We all liked our food. Plus a few of us got chicken strips and they were the best chicken strips I have ever had!! I will return.
We always get excellent service here as well as the best food! They serve great drinks and it is such a great spot for a special occasion!
Real nice place love the happy hour cannot miss it
