Yard House is the best restaurant in Kansas City and all of Kansas. The service is wonderful especially the bar staff where they knownis and we always eat at the bar! Jay and Mely were awesome!
Great food great atmosphere! Very good service! We've been there several times and plan on many more!
This was the 2nd time @ Kansas City Yard House and although I loved the atmosphere and the manager attempted to make good on our terrible experience...it was still a terrible experience. Onion rings came out cold, by the time they were replaced, our main course had come out. One of us ordered a cheeseburger and it was served with the cheese on the side, the burger was over cooked. Side of mayo was never brought out and soda was flat. No apology from the waitress. Some of the group was still hungry when we left.
It was a great experience. Our waitress Nora was the best at the Yard House at the Legends. She was very nice and made it a wonderful experience!
My kids picked Yard House for dinner. Immediately upon arrival I realized it was freezing inside. Colder than it was outside. I mentioned it to the waiter and he just said yes it is. No manager came by no sorry it’s cold- nothing. Our food was hot but they brought me the wrong dish and when they did find mine they didn’t apologize and it only had about 5 small pieces of chicken in it. I’ve been here before and didn’t have any problems but yesterday was a bust. ☹️
Great service , Great Food can’t wait to go back !
