Update 11/12/25: Over a year and there's more pee, more trash and less usable amenities. -- Update 6/17/25: Enjoy using pee elevators everyday. Also, expect zero follow through (or communication) from management when services (i.e. garage doors, elevators, amenities) are broken and/or unavailable. -- Update 5/17/25: Yard only cares about getting new tenants, once you've signed a lease, you no longer matter. Public money robbed and government refused to pull permit or sue developers for not installing windows. They covered more than half the approved windows with metal, leaving only one skinny window in 600sqft apartments. Natural light can't reach all rooms. They continue to falsely advertise floor plans showing banks of windows (even here in google map) and say they have a pool. There is heavy apartment turnover due to lack of light causing depression. This apartment complex let there maintenance man Enter my apartment without giving a 24 hour notice or any notice at all. Touch multiple things in my apartment. Spilled bottles all over my counter of vital medication. Emptied my fridge and placed it into a temporary fridge blocking my sink dishwasher so I could not use either. Opened my closet and took one of my towels out of it to clean up a mess they made on the floor in the kitchen. The Maintenance man Called and laughed about it. Amazing studios and one bedroom apartments that I saw. A little pricey for the higher up units but very nice overall! 😊
I was a resident here about 1.5 years ago and accidentally had a package delivered to the Yard 3 weeks ago. When I came by, the front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. In the past, when Tim was managing, the team went above and beyond to help in situations like this. Unfortunately, under the new management, that level of care is gone.
