I went through several estates before choosing to live here. The scenery is always great, either by the riverside or facing Mount Hood. The management team are very professional and friendly. I got my aircon and dishwasher repaired right on the same day with my work request. The neighbors are also very friendly. My favorite moment is to wake up by the dawn, and watching sunset at the common office area. It is a totally a therapeutic experience to live here.
While I decided not to move forward with the apartment, I really appreciate how Katelyn and Christa handled everything. They were responsive, professional, and worked quickly to clear up any concerns. Grateful for their help and communication throughout the process!
Yard is a wonderful property! It’s always clean, and management is always very helpful! You can’t beat the location and views either. I couldn’t be more impressed!
Staff is rude and not helpful in the slightest. Their call box for visitors is frequently broken, but they won't let you in despite that. Can't imagine how much they're charging for this piece of crap apartments.
Update 6/17/25: Enjoy using pee elevators everyday. Also, expect zero follow through (or communication) from management when services (i.e. garage doors, elevators, amenities) are broken and/or unavailable. --- Update 5/17/25: Yard only cares about getting new tenants, once you've signed a lease, you no longer matter. There is high turnover here for a reason. --- Update 5/1/25: Trash still in trees and being left in community spaces (elevators, hallways, common rooms, etc.).
