Yard is a wonderful property! It’s always clean, and management is always very helpful! You can’t beat the location and views either. I couldn’t be more impressed!
Staff is rude and not helpful in the slightest. Their call box for visitors is frequently broken, but they won't let you in despite that. Can't imagine how much they're charging for this piece of crap apartments.
Update 6/17/25: Enjoy using pee elevators everyday. Also, expect zero follow through (or communication) from management when services (i.e. garage doors, elevators, amenities) are broken and/or unavailable. --- Update 5/17/25: Yard only cares about getting new tenants, once you've signed a lease, you no longer matter. There is high turnover here for a reason. --- Update 5/1/25: Trash still in trees and being left in community spaces (elevators, hallways, common rooms, etc.). Been living here for a few months now. My experience has been okay. Good location and convenient place to be. The staff are cool and consistent security throughout the night. I’d say only cons I’ve experienced is my plumbing isn’t very great. My shower gets backed up 2 minutes into showering and bathroom sink also gets backed up the minute I brush my teeth.
