We have lived here for a little over a year. I have mixed feelings about this apartment because there are things I have enjoyed about living here and things that have been a struggle, for example the parking is ridiculously expensive monthly especially considering you don’t even get a reserved spot for $215 a month. I’ve damage my car multiple times in the parking garage because of how tight it is. Yard is a fairly mediocre place to live in my opinion. Been living here for about 1 year. my monthly costs (Not including rent) -- Parking: $215 per month (for non-reserved spot) -- Shared Utilities (Conservice): $120 - $160 per month. -- In-Unit Electric $60 - $100 per month -- Renters Insurance: $14 per month. -- Comcast Internet: $70 per month. YARD is a great building with nice views and a great staff. However, be advised they charge for electricity in shared common areas and sometimes the bill is quite expensive. I haven’t had this happen at other places I’ve rented from. My bill last month for my apt was like $40 and I got a separate charge from them for common area electricity that was closer to $100. When you complain about this, they say the bill will come down when they get more people to movie in but I don’t see why they should be charging us more in the me... read more
A beautiful place with a variety of scenic views from different angles. It offers complete amenities, including a spa, fitness center, and activity rooms, making it an excellent place to live.
4/15/26 John is all talk no action like all Yard staff/PMs. Will violate OR law. 90.300. - 3/26/26 3rd PM (in 2yrs), no change in comms or cleaning. Yard only hires 1 cleaner for 21 floors. - 11/12/25 More pee/trash and less usable amenities. - 6/17/25 Enjoy using pee elevators everyday.
