This place is the worst for service. Convenient for pricing and payment options however they don’t follow through with filing claims as they should and the wait times to be seen is horrible. 2 of my kids have had braces here but it was time to get more I went elsewhere. So disappointed

I got my braces adjust today and I got sliver on it
He is a great orthodontics he had my daughters teeth looking spectacular, however the office is understaffed, they let the phone ring 20 million times before someone answers. If ever an emergency you can forget trying to reach anyone at times. The staff that is there is friendly but they really need to do better with the phones its a bit unprofessional.
I got my wires adjusted today and color change. I love my color I pick it is blue
He did not act like he knew what he was doing. I had my braces on for four years because he did not tighten then properly. When I did get them off he did not take off the cement like he was supposed to.
