[Note: I did not obtain service from them. This review is based on the phone call] Personally, I don't recommend them based on the service I experienced over the phone. When I called, I spoke with a woman who was very polite; however, when she handed the phone to one of the guys he simply answered "hello". First time riding mower buyers here—we’d been all over the internet researching and thought we had it sorted as to what we wanted. Could we have gone to HD and called it a day? Yup. But we took the time to drive out to a dealer and could not be more glad we did. This family knows mowers. Full stop. And at no point did we feel like we were being *sold* something, we were having a conversation about what our actual situation is and what would work best. I have a 424 Yanmar, by far the strongest tractor in its category comparing to ones I rented previously. Tim and the staff are knowledgable and professional. They handle warranty and service too! Thanks guys!
