Yannick was truly one of a kind. My parents were selling their home. I chose him as their realtor. He exceed every single expectations. Punctual, intelligent and made everything accommodating and worked throughout the whole process up until the last second. Yannick was just awesome! We had to act fast to get our home since the seller wanted to make a decision on the first day of showing the home. Absolutely wonderful. Yannick guided me through the stressful process of having to sell one property to buy another. He sat down with me to establish a plan of action that was informed and competitive, but also made me comfortable.
