I've been seeing Dr. Xing since Providence, and continued seeing her after they became USA. She is so down to earth and very kind. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. The staff as well are all wonderful. I'll still see her no matter where she goes. Care like her is hard to find.

This is the first doctor to call me personally to discuss my medications and to make sure the regimen she provided was working for me. Thanks doctor Xing and Staff

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Did not do a complete exam, & then told me that I did not have CFS/ME or fibromyalgia after only seeing me for a few minutes. Horrible experience. As she was trying to run out the door, I asked, “ then what do I have?” Her response was, “ I don’t know, something you’ve had for a long time.” Whatever that meant. I later saw Dr Charles Lapp in NC and was diagnosed with CFS/ME, fibromyalgia & POTS. My appt with Dr Xing was disappointing & a complete waste of my time.

This doctor doesn’t want to care for her patience. She doesn’t want to do research to help her patience and she doesn’t try to connect with her patience. She is the worst doctor I have ever visited and is not friendly at all. The job of a doctor is to be a healer for that to happen one has to get to know the person they are caring for and she does not do that at all. There was no real concern for my wellbeing or warmth. This is a serious part of being a good doctor patient relationship. I do not recommend this doctor!
