Had a negative experience with the clinic today. Two weeks ago I called in and asked how to transfer my x rays. I followed instructions and got my previous dental clinic to send my x rays to this one. I went to my appointment today for the exam. My time got wasted because they 'lost it somewhere in their system'. Could not do an exam today, my time got wasted and had to reschedule. I cannot express how wonderful this clinic is. My son had his first visit today and every employee was so friendly. Dr. Parsa is one of those gems who make the world a better place. Looking forward to our family coming for regular cleanings! Thank you!
This is by far the best dental clinic in Airdrie! I’ve had a very bad experience at another clinic here in town and was so nervous about finding a new dentist. After years of mental health struggles and not taking care of myself all the time I was so worried about going back to the dentist and being judged if my teeth weren’t in good shape.
