Not good, Texting me I have appointments made when I most definitely did not! Texting me they had a free spot for my teeth cleaning if I wanted to come in earlier!! I totally do not do teeth cleaning!! And anyone who knows me knows this is true, so where on earth they get these so called appointments from I do not know!! I feel like they just create these appointments!! Distrust
I recently switched to this dentist and it’s one of the best changes I’ve made. What stands out about this office is the consistency of care across the board. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to Dr. Griffin, everyone treats you with genuine care and professionalism. When I called because I was struggling with pain, even though a referral had already been sent, they got me in quickly and didn’t dismiss my concerns. I had an excellent experience, would highly recommend. Dr. Parsa took the time to explain everything and give me options for long term goals.
The lady who cleaned teeth was excellent. The dentist was very rushed and kept trying to stop part way through removing a wire and left glue on her teeth saying she didn't have time to finish. Very unprofessional. However, receptionist was the most pleasant human being I ever encountered and eagerly helped remedy the situation. Pay her more.
