I stopped to get a quote for a pellet stove fireplace insert. They kept trying to convince me to get something else and had no information to share about pellets or installation.

Nice stoves / fireplace equipment ...but I bought a MOPED from you guys back in 1976 ( wish I still had it ) back when you sold mopeds also .store was across from the high school rt 7 ...red batavus moped lol. But definitely will stop by in future for fireplace insert 👍

Bought a gas stove insert from them even though it was much more expensive than other places hoping that customer service would be better. I was told it would take a week to come in at the most. Once they cashed my check, all of a sudden it was going to be 4 weeks. Now, 7 weeks later I'm still missing a part. When I email them they right back the most unfriendly matter of fact responses. Amazon will put them out of business soon.
