We needed parts for our Hearthstone wood stove purchased from Yankee 15+ years ago. Staff was very knowledgeable about the issue we described about the latch on the side door no longer engaging. Appropriate parts were ordered and arrived timely--only 3 business days. Can't say enough good things about the business. William Prue NORWALK CT
