The owner was nice, very informative and helpful. I told him I needed a key for a 1977 Seth Thomas clock I purchased at a consignment shop and he got the correct key immediately, no guessing. He was also able to give me a brief history of the company that made it, showed me that it CAN work with the diagnosed long overdue repairs/maintenance which he is willing to do at a reasonable estimate which I hope he remembers when I return and explained the relative value of the clock and proper care and operation so I'm looking forw... read more
